How Do I Place An Order?

You may place your order via our online site, PrimaDonnaHair.net. This is the only website we use for ordering, You may also place orders by calling our Hair Hotline.

Payment and Shipping

We accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through PayPal for all USA and international purchases. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you do not have a PayPal account you can log in as a guest to purchase your items. A PayPal account is not required for purchases. Items are shipped USPS Priority mail. All items must be signed for upon delivery.

There is a 2-3 day payment processing period & 2-3 shipping period. All packages arrive in 5-7 days. Sale items arrive in 7-10 days.

Pick Up is available in the NYC area, but are based upon our availability

There are NO pickups on Sundays or Mondays

Returns & Refunds

All of our products tested, checked, and hand packaged to insure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have provided all maintenance and upkeep on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy. No returns on any products. No exceptions. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the product description and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment.

There are NO returns. NO cancellations, and NO refunds. Exchanges may or not be made, should we agree to exchange your products you must return the products in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. We will NOT accept exchanges on any products that have been altered (used, cut, colored, unbundled, combed out, etc..). Under the federal law we are not allowed to accept returns on altered hair. We have the right to deny any exchange
